Sistemul de climatizare este format din:

• Centrala de tratare aer Wesper, tip PR 60 - 1 buc, debit de aer 4500 mc/h
• Pompe de circulatie Wilo
• Ventiloconvector Wesper, tip AWC - 4 buc

In anul 2004-2005:
Sistemul de incalzire si preparare acm este format din:

• Cazan GT 307/II Diematic m Delta
• Arzator De Dietrich, tip G32-8 S - 2 buc
• Boiler B 800

Sistemul de climatizare:

• Ventiloconvector Wesper, tip WKW - 19 buc
• Ventiloconvector Wesper, tip VAC - 23 buc
• Ventiloconvector Wesper, tip VPC - 4 buc
• Agregat de apa racita cu condensator racit cu aer  Wesper, tip VLS

In 2008 s-au furnizat echipamente pentru filiala din Baneasa, pentru pavilionul P si "Animalerie SPF"
 Sistemul de incalzire si preparare acm este format din:

• Cazan Atlantic Guillot, tip FBG 1160
• Doua cazane Innovenc MC 115
• Pompe Grundfos
• Boiler BC 300
